Option to select 'All Active Accounts' on dashboard

It would be helpful to have a button to select 'All Active Accounts' on the dashboard, in addition to the 'All Accounts' option that is currently there.
It would be useful for those of us copy trading multiple accounts to not have to select and deselect the 'All Accounts' button and then go through and tick all the accounts we want to see displayed.

In addition, it would be nice to be able to 'deselect all' as well. Currently, if you select 'All Accounts' and then deselect 'All Accounts', it doesn't actually deselect all accounts. All the accounts just remained selected. I then have to manually deselect all accounts I don't want to see.
