Escalation: Ongoing Issue with Journaling and Chart Functionality, Over One Week Unresolved
Dear TradeZella Support Team, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out via email because I’ve been communicating through the in-app support chat for over a week now, but my issue remains unresolved and has seriously affected my workflow. Since around October 22, 2025, I’ve been unable to use key features in my TradeZella account — specifically, the full-screen view and SL/TP chart tools on the Tracking Page. I’ve already worked closely with Kevin from the support team, followed all troubleshooting steps, granted mentor access, and waited patiently as the matter was escalated to the development team. While I truly appreciate Kevin’s professionalism and updates, the situation has now extended far too long. Journaling is a vital part of my trading process — I journal every day to track performance, review mistakes, and prepare for new setups. Losing access to this functionality for more than a week has disrupted my routine and caused significant difficulty in managing my trading data. I am therefore requesting your help to escalate this matter to higher-level technical or product management so that it can be resolved as soon as possible. Even if a permanent fix is still being developed, I would greatly appreciate a clear timeline, temporary workaround, or any alternative solution that allows me to continue journaling normally while waiting for the full resolution. Thank you very much for your attention, understanding, and prompt response. I truly value TradeZella and hope to continue using it long-term — but I really need this issue to be prioritized so I can resume my normal trading process.
